Kitchen & Living Room Remodel
This home was built in the 1930s and was in need of new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, hood, recessed lighting and tile!
The staircase made the living room look small. We demoed the wall surrounding the staircase to the basement, which opened up the space and resurfaced the hardwood floors!

Boyer's Coffee Store Remodel
We remodeled an existing store from a bakery to a bakery/coffee shop in Thornton! New flooring, counter tops, custom cabinetry, custom table tops, furniture, accent stone walls, lighting, menu board and design elements.

Total Basement Finish and Basement Room Finish
This basement finish we constructed from utilities rough-in to added walls, plumbing, electrical and all the finishes!
This basement had one room that was never finish off, so we added walls, electrical, speaker wiring, finishes and some accent wood on two walls.

Downtown Denver Office Space Remodel
This office building space needed a facelift! So we installed all new ceramic flooring and carpeting, added custom lighting in the work spaces, accent painted the work spaces, added some elements to the front entry and install a shower in a restroom.

Deck Construction and Remodel
These decks were old and beyond repair, so we replaced them with all new materials! Both decks were demoed and reconstructed from the ground up!

Entry Staircase Upgrade
This staircase had old worn-out and stained carpeting. I demoed the carpeting and installed white trim risers and solid oak stair caps with oak side cap trim. Additionally, the stairs had a carpeted landing. I installed wood laminate flooring that matched the existing wood laminate floor in the entryway of the house. Finally, I painted the banister spindles and reconditioned the oak banister!

Spare Upstairs Bedroom Made Into Laundry Room
This home had 4 upstairs bedrooms with the laundry room down two flights of stairs in the basement. I made the smallest upstairs bedroom into a full-service laundry room, with utility cabinets, counter and a huge linen cabinet on one side of the room. Then installed over the washer and dryer cabinets with two clothes racks on the other side. The room is complete with a floor drain, vinyl laminate flooring and a new slider window to the outside. I built matching filler cabinets to complete the cabinetry from end to end in the room.

One Story Master Bathroom
This one story home had a fiberglass tub with a small one sink vanity and vinyl sheet flooring in the master bathroom. I install a fiberglass shower basin with a seat, new shower doors, built a sill for shower products, installed a new two sink vanity with granite counter top, installed new shower fixtures and install tile in the shower and on the floor. In order to save the client some money I did not remove the existing tile at the top of the shower. I then installed glass tile for a visual break and installed new matching tile below the glass tile down to the shower basin.
